General delivery info
Orders are packed in our studio in Mawathagama and handed to the courier within one working day. Standard delivery within Sri Lanka takes 2 to 5 working days; express delivery, chosen at checkout, arrives the next working day in Colombo and within 2 working days elsewhere.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. You can also follow it from the order status page with your order number and email address.
International orders
We ship worldwide. International delivery takes 5 to 12 working days depending on the destination and is charged at checkout based on the parcel weight. Duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are payable to the courier on arrival, unless your country is listed as duties paid at checkout.
Pre-order and made to measure pieces ship on the date shown on the product page. If an order mixes in stock and pre-order pieces, everything ships together unless you ask us to split it.
Refund policy
Once a return reaches the studio we inspect it within 3 working days and refund the original payment method. Card refunds show on your statement within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is due to a fault or an error on our side.
Exchanges for another size or colour are free: tell us what you need when you start the return and we send the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back.
Return terms and conditions
You can return any piece within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with every label and tag still attached and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons hosiery and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty. Pieces marked final sale cannot be returned.
To start a return, sign in to your account and choose the order, or email hello@roccolabel.com with your order number. We email a prepaid return label for orders within Sri Lanka; international returns are sent at your cost to the address below.
