About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on roccolabel.com with ROCCO, Mawathagama, Kurunegala 60060, Sri Lanka. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
Orders
An order is placed when you press "Place order" at checkout. We email a confirmation straight away; the contract is formed when we email you that the order has been dispatched. We can decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a piece is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly or payment cannot be taken, and we refund anything already paid.
You can cancel an order yourself within 30 minutes of placing it from the order status page. After that, contact us and we will cancel it if it has not yet left the studio.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include Sri Lankan taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Duties and import taxes for international orders are not included. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout; payment is taken when the order is placed.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. Our full delivery terms are on the delivery and returns page.
Returns and refunds
You can return any piece within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange under the conditions on the delivery and returns page. Faulty items are refunded or replaced in full, including delivery charges, at any time within the legal guarantee period.
Products
We take care that colours and details are shown accurately, but screens differ and small variations are normal, especially with natural materials. Garment measurements are given in the size and fit guide on each product page.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Reviews and questions you post must be your own honest opinion and must not be unlawful or offensive; we may remove content that is. Everything on the site, including photographs, text and the ROCCO name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control.
